A RING STEWARD can help the judges by writing down the notes of the competitors.

A DOORMAN at the entrance to the ring is there to check the  attire of the competitor, the horse's condition, and respect for the running order; in case of non compliance with the regulations established by the latter he must refer to the judges because only they have the power to make a decision in line with the remark.

A SHOW SECRETARY deals with all paperwork. Makes shure that all competitors have paid their entry fees and that all the horses papers are in order. Transcribes also the judges notes if the ring steward has not done so.

A PADDOCK JUDGE approuvd by the AFCC,  can be designated. His role is to control the behavior of riders and horses in the paddock, check if there is abuse, lameness, misbehaving towards other riders or judges. If the paddock judge finds bad behavior he can eliminate the rider / horse from the contest.

The competitors will be called by micro, if at the 3rd time of calling the competitor has not arrived in the arena the class will be judged without him/her.
